Information you choose to provide

Our inquiry, driving registration, and testimonial forms request the details shown on each form. Depending on the form, this may include parent or student names, contact information, school or grade, date of birth, address, registration details, a message, or a testimonial. We use the information to respond to inquiries, coordinate requested services or registration, and review submitted feedback.

Where the forms go

• General inquiries and driving registration: the embedded forms are hosted by Jotform. Information entered into those forms is handled by the existing Jotform service and its configured account workflows. Jotform privacy information.
• College consulting inquiries: the inquiry link opens the existing WordPress contact form on nacollegeconsulting.com. It continues to use Contact Form 7 and the existing site configuration.
• Testimonials: the submission link opens the existing WordPress form on navigationacademyofva.net. It continues to use the existing Visual Form Builder Pro configuration. Submitted feedback may be considered for publication; contact us about permissions or removal before including information you do not want made public.

The earlier email-draft preview form has been removed. Submitting an existing form can send information to its current form service and configured recipients. No forms have been migrated to GoHighLevel.

Browser requests and other services

Our hosting service and embedded form providers receive normal technical requests when pages or forms load, such as an IP address and browser information. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Links to videos, social networks, maps, and other resources open services with their own privacy practices. No analytics or advertising tracking code has been added to this static website.

Your choices and questions

You can contact us by phone or email instead of completing a form. Please do not send financial account details, identification documents, or academic records in a general inquiry. For questions about access, correction, deletion, retention, or the handling of a specific submission, contact Navigation Academy. Provider account settings and applicable service requirements affect how existing form records and notifications are retained.
